- Perform BACS proven process of dusting, vacuuming and damp wiping all hard surfaces using specified chemicals to clean specific problems such as gum and ink and specified microfibre cloths to maximize cleaning impact and longevity.
Hard floors and carpets are vacuumed and damp mopped using HEPA filtered vacuums, then washed and polished, ensuring no residue is left on surfaces.
A separate set of procedures is required for laminate flooring to deal with the special melanin resin coating.
- Power points – use only specified points for our cleaning equipment. Use of other points may compromise the operation of the room.
- Toggle switches, touch sensitive panels, switches must be avoided.
- Avoid vacuum heads that cause scratching on certain floors.
- Use damp rather than wet mops to avoid risk of water entering the sub floor area.
- Never use steel wool for cleaning as fibres can be released.
- Ensure all vacuums, mops and cloths are clean and dry prior to starting the job.
