VINYL STRIPPING AND RE-SEALING

With a standard vinyl floor that requires re-stripping and sealing on a regular basis, BACS expertise can keep this looking clean, fresh and glossy.

BACS staff can determine the frequency of the maintenance required according to the floor’s traffic and nature of the room. They can also recommend the type of sealer relevant for the ongoing maintenance. ESD (Electro Static Discharge) safe sealer is available for static sensitive environments.

Stripping back the old sealer from the vinyl floor, using a low speed rotary polisher and a chemical stripper, will leave the vinyl in its clean original state.

Several coats of sealer are then applied to create a protective layer that not only looks and is clean but maintains a slip retardant high gloss finish.

LAMINATE AND VINYL FLOOR SCRUB WASHING

Raised access laminate flooring (Computer Room flooring) is a low maintenance floor and basically requires vacuuming and damp mopping on a routine basis.

Sometimes the laminate surface becomes stained with a film, too many scuff marks or due to lack of maintenance.

BACS clean the floor with a low speed rotary polisher, low abrasive pad and a neutral cleaner. The result will deliver an even finish with the floor looking as new.

Modern Vinyl floors are mostly low maintenance due to the application of a polyurethane finish during production. This results in a low maintenance flooring that requires only vacuuming and damp mopping.

Again like the laminate flooring grime and dirt buildup can be safely and effectively removed via our scrub washing technique.
